Magnolia Fields Wedding - Zachary, LA - Colbi & Mo

Magnolia Fields is a beautiful event venue located in Zachary, Louisiana. It is a perfect place to host a wedding, with its lush foliage, elegant dining rooms, and stunning views throughout the venue.

I had the pleasure of photographing Mo and Colbi's wedding at Magnolia Fields. I started the day by capturing some candid moments of the bride and groom as they prepared for the day. The day was gloomy, and as soon as it was time to walk down the isle, the rain picked up. We were able to use that to our advantage by simply incorporating an umbrella, which I always carry with me. As soon as the bride made it to the altar, the sun, which hadn't been seen in days, began to make it's own appearance. We now had beautiful natural light to work with.

After the ceremony, the crowd moved back inside to eat within the gorgeous dining rooms. While the guest were eating and enjoying each other's company, the gardens were being morphed into a dance area. That's when an all out party began.

I am so grateful that I was able to be a part of this special day. It was a day that I will never forget.
